How long will it take to get my order?
We ship orders from (Monday to Friday). We always aim to post your order as quick as possible (within the next day) but there might be some delays to your order.
When will my product be dispatched?
The latest delivery date is shown on the Plastic Storage Box website when you place your order. We try to deliver your order by this date.
Where is my order?
Not turned up yet?, if you haven’t received a email from us yet then email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 0121 448 2900 and we’ll sort it out for you.
How do I make an order?
Just go onto our website and click on a product you like and then add to basket. Then follow the easy checkout process and soon you receive your order.
How do I cancel an order?
Email us at email@example.com within a few hours from ordering to let us know why you have to cancel or you can call us direct.
How can I pay?
This website accepts payments from Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and other online payment methods. We cannot accept any other forms of payments!
Customers who are signed into the Plastic Storage Box account have ability to use previous saved credit card information for a fast checkout. This information is saved through trusted payment gateways (PayPal).
To enable the feature, just make sure you’re logged into your account on our website – when you’re ready to purchase, fill in your credit card details at checkout and select ‘save for later use’.
You can remove any previously saved card details in the ‘stored payment methods’ section on your account.
What if my order is late?
Sometimes there can be a delay with deliveries, where we can we will try and get in contact with you if we are aware that your order might not arrive at the estimated time of delivery, our team will work to get your order to you as soon as possible. If we do not contact you and your order is late then it is best to get in contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0121 448 2900 (Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm).
How do I use my coupon code?
You have a coupon code?, Here’s how to use it:
- Add a item you like to your basket
- Proceed to checkout with your cart
- At the top of checkout, click on Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code
- Enter your coupon code underneath and click on “Apply Coupon”
Why isn’t my coupon code not working?
Coupon Codes are only valid for use on products that are part of a campaign. Please check to see if the campaign is running. Also, codes are not valid in combination with other campaigns.
I’m getting errors when placing my order, help?
Check to see you’ve filled all the details out correctly including your name, address and payment info? Still not working? It might be the computer system. Be patient and if you still receiving errors then email us at email@example.com (with screenshots) and we see if we can track the issue.
How do I make changes to my order?
If you email firstname.lastname@example.org within a hour of making your order and let us know your order number and the changes you need to make we do our best to make it happen. Our warehouse team might be busier than we expect so we can’t promise we’ll be able to make changes, but the more quickly you can get in touch with us, the better chance we have! Unfortunately we can’t add products to your order, but we can change your delivery address if your order hasn’t already been shipped.

The payment methods accepted include MAESTRO, ECMC, VISA, PayPal, American Express and Mastercard.
